Kids, teens, and adults enter our school at various levels of fitness and athletic ability. We have seen students go from beginner to Black Belt–and worked with elite athletes who train in sports from soccer to track to other martial arts (Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Tang Soo Do).
Taekwondo is a full-body workout that can meet all of your fitness needs. Alternately, our classes provide incredible cross-training for various sports and activities.

We aim to be the best Taekwondo school in Novi, Michigan. Our martial arts classes are structured and systematic, allowing students to start where they are and work up to intense training. We begin classes with warm-ups and stretching, then focus on progressive training so that students are always progressing and pushing themselves. At every class, students get a great workout, hone Taekwondo skills, and move a step closer toward their next goal.
